“I started making macarons when the world shut down because I couldn't get them from my favorite local spot. I found a recipe and figured them out. The rest is history."

With a passion for bringing joy to people through baking, Jillian Allan started Jillimacs in January of 2021. What started as a fun distraction and way to pass the time during the COVID-19 pandemic, quickly became a hobby and soon a successful side hustle. As friends and family began trying Jillian’s incredible macarons, the requests for Jillimacs at parties, events, and as gifts continued to grow.  In early 2023, Jillian moved from baking small batches in her home kitchen for friends and family, to baking in a commercial kitchen so she could continue to grow her business and share the joy of Jillimacs with the world.
